Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase no problem.

Return it to us and you will be refunded.


In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions in which you received it. It must be in its original packaging too.

In order to return any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department (info@staplepigeoneurope.com). You will be asked to supply the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Reason of the return


You will pay € 5,00 of shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs of return will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date in which the refund will post it to your account.

Our shipping service will pick up your item.
